Terms and conditions
1) To win a prize you must have a UK shipping address.
2) Only fully completed surveys will be considered for the prize draw.
3) The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, except
employees of RapidBI Ltd or any companies or agencies directly connected
with the creation and administration of this survey or their families.
Overseas residents are not eligible.
4) The prize competition is held by RapidBI Ltd whose registered office
is at Bishops House, 28 Second Cross Road Twickenham UK
5) There will be multiple prizes drawn at
random from those participants completing the survey.
6) The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be
substituted for any other prize.
7) No purchase necessary to enter the competition.
8) By entering the competition, all entrants agree to the terms of the
privacy policy.
9) All completed surveys must be received by the closing
date on the survey page.
10) The prize winner will be notified by email within 10 days of the
draw date of 31 July 2007 and is required to
accept their prize by email within 10 days of notification. In the event
of non-acceptance within the specified period, RapidBI Ltd reserves the
right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid
entry (and the same acceptance period, as provided under this condition,
will apply).
11) By entering the competition, the winner consents to take part in any
reasonable publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion.
12) Only one entry per person.
13) RapidBI Ltd will not accept responsibility for loss through
technical fault, incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof
of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
14) RapidBI Ltd are not responsible for printing or typographical errors
in any materials relating to this survey; fraudulent, lost, late,
misdirected, incomplete or altered entries; or transactions which are
processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic
malfunction. RapidBI Ltd reserves the right to cancel or modify this
promotion if fraud or technical failure compromises the integrity of the
promotion as determined by RapidBI Ltd in its sole discretion.
15) RapidBI Ltd will make arrangement for the fulfillment of prizes via
the prize donators
16) RapidBI and the supporting organisations are not liable for any
costs, expenses or liability incurred by the prize winner with respect
to the prize.
17) These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Ashorne Hill prize
A day meeting for up to 10 people (subject to availability).

Note on the 7/6/07 the prize draw date was changed from 30/6 to 31/7 to allow for an extension of the survey. This is a one off change this date will not be extended. If you are unhappy about this change for whatever reason please contact us.
